How your order gets to you

Every physical item in our shop is printed on demand, meaning your copy doesn't exist until you order it. Once you check out, our print partner prints it fresh, then ships it straight to you.

Production and delivery time

Printed items usually take 3 to 5 business days to produce before they ship. Standard delivery then usually takes 5 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive 8 to 12 business days after you order.

These are typical times, not guarantees. Production queues and carriers vary, and we'd rather be honest than make a promise we can't keep. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship and what it costs

We ship to addresses in the United States.

• Books, planners and journals: Standard shipping starts at $5.69 for a single book and scales with the size of your order. Expedited and Express options are also available at checkout.
• Free shipping: orders over $100 ship free via Standard shipping. Digital downloads count toward the $100, and the $100 is counted after discounts.
• Stickers and postcards: always ship free. They come from a separate printer, so they may arrive in their own package.
• Digital downloads: nothing ships, so there's no shipping cost.

Multiple items, separate packages

Ordered more than one item? Each item is printed individually, and some items come from different print partners, so your order may arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. That's normal. You pay only the shipping shown at checkout, never extra per package.

Digital products

No shipping needed! Digital PDFs are delivered instantly by email after checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see the download link within a few minutes.
